For the February installment of Spencer & Lynn’s Art of the Drink series, we’re welcoming our good friend Chef Anthony Caporale, Director of Spirits Education at New York’s award winning Institute of Culinary Education, for a focused, technique forward class built around three iconic coffee cocktails.
This session blends practical instruction with the stories behind the drinks. Anthony will walk you through what to use, why it matters, and how to execute each cocktail with confidence, from building heat and balance to getting the finish just right. Expect a relaxed, welcoming vibe with plenty of time for questions.
