Join me at Spencer & Lynn for The Spring Gin Session, the next class in our recurring Cocktail Masterclass series.
This one is all about gin: where it came from, how it became a cocktail staple, what makes it taste the way it does, and why it still feels so fresh, bright, and timeless in the glass.
I’ll lead guests through a discovery of gin itself, from its history and signature botanicals to the techniques that bring out its best side. Then we’ll shake, stir, and sip our way through three classic gin cocktails perfect for the warmer days ahead:
Bee’s Knees 
-Gin, lemon, and honey. Bright, simple, and spring ready.
French 75 
-Gin, citrus, and bubbles. Crisp, lively, and made for a toast.
Classic Martini 
-Cold, clean, iconic, and all about technique.
Come learn a little, drink something good, ask questions, and settle in for a very good gin night at S&L.
